April 4 -10am-7pm

April 14 -12noon-6pm
April 4th - 7th and April 11th - 13th is when most of the crawl activities will happen at The Little Knittery.
The days in between, April 8th - 10th, we are calling "Slow Crawl" Days. During these 3 days we will be open and crawlers are welcome to visit and shop at the store. You can get a passport stamp plus pick up a pin and the free patterns but it's unlikely that there will be any of the special events normally associated with the Yarn Crawl on those days.
The Loopy Mango Trunk Show begins April 4th, 2019 and runs through the remainder of the Yarn Crawl.
Loopy Mango is absolutely one of our best selling yarns. Check out their Trunk Show and you'll understand why. We simply love this yarn and cannot say enough nice things about it and the people who make it!

12-1pm We are excited to have one of our favorite makers with us again for the 2019 LA Yarn Crawl. Karen Clements of Knit1 Designs will be bringing some of her most popular and sought after designs for you to touch and try-on. Karen will also be demo'ing how to do Tunisian Crochet on April 5th from 12-1pm. Come meet Karen!
EweEwe YarnsTrunk Show
Starts Thursday April 4th, 2019

the end of the Yarn Crawl.

Come meet Canadian Knitwear Designer Stephanie Earp! She'll be a showcasing some of her lighter weight knit designs, as well as the Baccarat Sweater, aptly named for the distinctive half-circle shape of a Baccarat table. Worked from the top down, this stranded colorwork sweater is designed to be worn oversized and cropped.

Stephanie will be hosting an "Ask Me Anything" Q&A (about knitting, of course) where you can ask her about yarn choices and get a mini technique lesson "on the fly." Come meet Stephanie!

Drop Spindle Mini Workshop
Elysa Darling of 222 Handspun Yarn is coming to LA for this years Yarn Crawl! We've been carrying her magical yarn for years! She'll be teaching a mini drop-spindle workshop, and will be bringing batts and yarn for sale! If you like rainbows (and really, who doesn't?) please come join us for this special event!

Meet and Greet Jennifer Porter
We've been so lucky this year to launch a collaboration with the talented Jennifer Porter of LA based Porterness Studio.
Porterness Studio creates functional statement jewelry for the contemporary yarn connoisseur. They create luxury shawl pins, sterling silver stitch markers and yarn themed jewelry for fiber projects and the body. Each piece is hand carved or 3D printed in wax, cast in silver or bronze and hand finished by Jennifer Porter.
