Linen tote bag
 2 skeins Fibranatura Flax (100% linen); 137 yds/125 m per 50 g
 US size G hook
Ch4, sl st to 1st ch to form a loop.
 Rnd 1: Ch 3 (counts as 1dc), work 7 dc into center of loop, slip st to top of ch3. (8dc)
 Rnd 2: Ch 3 (counts as 1dc) and 1 dc in same st, 2 dc in each foll st, sl st to top of ch 3. (16 dc)
 Rnd 3: Ch 3 (counts as 1dc) and 1 dc in same st, 1 dc in next st, *2dc in next st, 1 dc in foll st; rep from *, sl st to top of ch 3. (24 dc)
 Rnd 4: Ch 3 (counts as 1dc) and 1 dc in same st, 1 dc in next 2 sts, *2dc in next st, 1 dc in foll 2 sts; rep from *, sl st to top of ch 3. (32dc)
Cont increasing 8 dc in patt, (adding 1 dc between inc’s every rnd)
 Last inc round is 2 dc, 1 dc in foll 10 sts. 96 dc total
Work even for 20 rnd. Work 1 rnd of sc, sl st to first sc. Don’t cut string.
 Strap:
 Row 1-3: Ch 1, 1 sc in same st and foll 7 sts. Turn work. 8 sc
 Row 4: Ch 2, 1 dc in next st and foll 6 sts. Turn work. 8 dc
 Rep Row 4 (38 times).
 Rep Row 1 four times more, pull rem yarn through last st and sew strap down to opposite side of bag.
